We are seeking an experienced and results-driven IT Manager to lead application development initiatives and manage the company’s IT team and technology operations. The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining business applications while ensuring efficient delivery of IT services aligned with organizational goals. The IT Manager will report directly to the IT Director and Deputy General Manager (DGM) and provide regular updates on project progress, system performance, risks, and improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor the IT team, ensuring effective task allocation, performance management, and continuous skill development
• Oversee application development, enhancement, deployment, and maintenance to support business operations
• Ensure applications and systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with business requirements
• Manage the full application lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, implementation, and support
• Monitor system performance, resolve technical issues, and implement continuous improvements
• Establish and enforce IT policies, standards, and best practices related to application development and system management
• Prepare technical reports, project updates, and performance metrics for the IT Director and DGM

Required Experience:

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience as IT Manager, with strong exposure to application development
• Proven experience in leading IT or development teams
• Hands-on experience in application design, system integration, and technology implementation
• Experience managing enterprise systems and supporting business-critical applications

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Relevant certifications are an advantage (e.g., ITIL, PMP, Scrum, or other technical certifications)
