We
are seeking an experienced and hands-on Finance Manager to oversee the
company’s financial operations, reporting, compliance, and strategic financial
planning. The role will report directly to Senior Management and work closely
with the OM, DGM and CFO, providing accurate financial insights to support
decision-making, strengthen internal controls, and ensure full compliance with
UAE regulations while driving financial efficiency and growth.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all financial operations, including accounting,
budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, while reporting financial
performance to Operations Manager, DGM and CFO.
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial
statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) with variance analysis against
budgets.
Develop, implement, and monitor financial policies, procedures, and
internal controls to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
Oversee payroll and WPS processes, VAT compliance, and statutory
filings in accordance with UAE regulations.
Provide strategic financial advice and recommendations to the DGM
and CFO, including cost control, profitability analysis, and business
performance improvement.
Manage banking relationships, cash flow, financing arrangements,
and coordination with auditors and external stakeholders.
Required
Experience:
Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in finance or
accounting, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Proven UAE experience, including VAT, WPS, local compliance, and
working directly with senior leadership.
Experience in managing end-to-end finance functions within a large
organization, preferably with high volume workforce and complex payroll/WPS
requirements.
Required
Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Commerce, or
a related field.
Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or ICAEW (MBA
in Finance is an advantage).
Strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards, VAT regulations, and
international accounting standards (IFRS).
Skills

Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
skills, including executive-level presentations.
Proven leadership and team management abilities with a hands-on
approach.
Advanced proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the
ability to partner effectively.
