The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s information technology systems, ensuring smooth operations, security, and efficiency across all departments. This role involves managing IT staff, maintaining networks and systems, troubleshooting issues, and implementing technology solutions that support the company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the IT team, including daily operations and performance.
• Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networks.
• Ensure system security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
• Plan and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage IT budgets, purchases, and vendor relationships.
