Sales Account Officer – Chinese Speaker

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven candidate to engage clients, promote services, and close sales. The ideal candidate excels in persuasive communication, meets targets, and ensures a smooth, high-quality customer experience through collaboration and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a professional, well-presented, and energetic service across all communication channels.
  • Demonstrate expert-level sales and persuasion skills to meet and exceed targets.
  • Maintain high attention to detail and quality standards throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth transaction completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Exhibit deep product and service knowledge, representing the company with pride and confidence.
  • Work within clearly defined KPIs and performance targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.

Required Education & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration, Marketing, IT, Business Commerce, or a related field.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service with strong English communication skills (CEFR Level B2 or above / IELTS 6+).

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales-focused environment.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
