Customer Service Executive

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to engage with clients, provide accurate information, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to resolving customer inquiries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional, courteous, and energetic support across all communication channels (face-to-face, phone, email, chat).
  • Handle customer inquiries, requests, and feedback promptly and effectively.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of company products and services to support customers confidently.
  • Maintain high attention to detail and adhere to quality standards in all interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Work towards achieving customer service KPIs such as response time, satisfaction, and accuracy.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with both new and existing customers.

Required Education & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration, Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills in English (CEFR Level B2 or above / IELTS 6+).

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or call Centre environment.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
