Housekeeping Domestics Workers Services LLC win 1st Emirates Labour Market Award

Housekeeping Domestics Workers Services LLC are delighted to share that they have been honoured as a winner of the 1st Emirates Labour Market Award. 

Under Patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, His Excellency Sheikh Mohammad bin Hamad bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan in a ceremony hosted in the Abu Dhabi National Exchange Centre on 23rd November 2023. 

Winner of the Business Services Partners Category (Domestic Workers Recruitment Agencies - Subcategory), Housekeeping Domestic Workers Services were honoured by MOHRE (Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation), who stated: 

"Housekeeping Domestics Workers Services won in the Domestic Workers Recruitment Agencies subcategory for its dedicated efforts in providing exceptional services in the field of recruiting domestic workers for families and their workers."

Over 3,500 nominations were submitted across all categories for the awards, with only 66 distinguished winners recognised in the November ceremony across all main and subcategories. 

The Business Services Partners Category was created to acknowledge companies that support the development of leading labour market practices. Housekeeping Domestics Workers Services LLC is the leader in ethical recruitment, training and upskilling thousands of domestic workers, and operates the best practices in supporting both families and domestic workers. 

Housekeeping Domestic Workers is the first and only Tadbeer service centre in the UAE to have received this award, with CEO Ms Denise McGinty speaking highly of receiving the award, and continuing best practices. 

Speaking at the ceremony, she told news organisation UAE BARQ: "We are very honoured to receive this award on behalf of all domestic workers services centres, we've done a great job this year and I'd like to thank the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation for this award."

Housekeeping Domestics Workers Services LLC is honoured to be a working part of the partnership between the government and private sectors and promote exceptional services and support for domestic workers and families across the UAE. 

Speaking at the time of the awards presentation, His Excellency Dr Abdulrahman Al Awar, Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation, Chairman of the Supervisory Committee of the Emirates Labour Market Award, said:
