HR Welfare & Contracts Admin

We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented HR Welfare & Contracts Admin to join the team. The ideal candidate will have experience in employee relations, HR Administration and client support, preferable within industries handling blue-collar workforce or domestic workers. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Process contract documentation for external verification and submission (including consular-related requirements where applicable)
  • Ensure complete and accurate submission of client and candidate documents
  • Maintain and update daily process flow and online tracking system for client visibility
  • Provide helpdesk support including handling candidate complaints, follow-ups, notifications, document collection, and returns
  • Act as MWO Welfare Representative for assigned cases and welfare-related concerns
  • Manage HR hotline/phone queries and provide timely responses to candidates and clients
  • Attend meetings and support candidates by addressing HR-related inquiries and concerns
  • Coordinate and arrange interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring smooth scheduling and communication
  • Track interview feedback and coordinate with recruitment/internal teams for proper follow-up and reporting

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
