We
are seeking a proactive and dedicated Assistant HR Manager to join our HR team
in Dubai. This role will work closely with the HR Manager to drive people
engagement, implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and ensure
alignment across the organization. The ideal candidate is firm, consistent, and
committed to fostering a positive and structured workplace environment.
Job Responsibilities ·Work alongside the HR Manager in
developing and executing people engagement initiatives. ·Implement and enforce HR policies
and procedures consistently across the organization. ·Handle employee relations issues,
including conflict resolution and performance management. ·Support recruitment, onboarding, and
training programs, with a focus on Emiratization targets. ·Ensure HR practices and processes
align with UAE labour laws and organizational goals and Emiratization
requirements.
Required Experience ·Proven experience of at least 2-3
years in HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, policy
implementation, and performance management. ·Experience handling conflict
resolution and fostering a positive workplace culture. ·Demonstrated ability to enforce HR
policies firmly and consistently.
Required Education and Qualifications ·Bachelor’s degree in human resources,
Business Administration, or a related field. ·HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM,
or equivalent) is a plus.
Skills Required ·Strong communication and
interpersonal skills. ·Ability to work under pressure and
maintain professionalism in challenging situations. ·Detail-oriented, organized, and
capable of driving alignment across teams.
