A Complete Guide: How to  Settle ILOE  Related Fines

Failure to subscribe to ILOE on time or clear outstanding fines can lead to delays in visa processing, additional penalties, and non-compliance with MOHRE regulations. This article outlines a step-by-step guide to help worker, employees, and administrative staff correctly manage ILOE subscription and penalty payments.

Step 1: Visit the MOHRE Fine Payment Portal

Go to:
https://eservices.mohre.gov.ae/TasheelWeb/Home/ILOEQuickPay

This is the official MOHRE (Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation) portal for quick ILOE fine payments.

Step 2: Enter Candidate Details

You can search for fines using either of the following:

  • Old Emirates ID Number
  • UID Number

Enter the relevant number and submit the form.

Step 3: Review Outstanding Fines

If there are any fines related to:

  • Delayed ILOE subscription
  • Missed monthly payments

They will be displayed on the screen.

Step 4: Make the Payment

  • Use an accepted online payment method (credit/debit card or UAE-based payment gateway)
  • Confirm the transaction once complete.

Step 5: Save the Receipt

After successful payment:

  • Download or print the payment confirmation receipt
  • This serves as proof of fine clearance and may be required for submission to visa authorities.

📝 Important Notes:

  • Deadline: ILOE subscription must be completed within 3 days of receiving the worker’s Entry Permit or Labor Card.
  • Fines: Failure to subscribe can result in:
