What
should I pay the Nanny !??
Hiring
a Nanny on your own visa can be costly and a massive stress to the family
emotionally and financially if it doesn’t work out.
Nannies
in Dubai or throughout the uae are generally from African and Asian countries and
offer varying skill set, education , language, emotional and social skills.
Nannies
in Dubai earn considerably more than their western educated and certified UK child
care-givers, who after all have to fork out for living expenses, accommodation
and transportation, and obviously they have to contribute towards income tax
and national insurance every payroll!,. Whilst a UK nanny would traditionally
earn 3 x gross salary of a UAE nanny , her net income results in resulting in a
20% net salary offering less than $530 disposable income
Compare
that to the UAE nannies earning a basic salary with all expenses paid,
resulting in a 100% net salary to the worker, affording her a monthly disposable
income of $685
Be cautious of all the hidden costs!...and if you don’t hire the right worker, you are stuck having paid so mush at the beginning on private sponsorship, gifting her little extras etc etc…
