Must be fluent in Arabic/English
Having previous front of house experience (within the hospitality/government service centre)
BA Business related/Hospitality Degree
Minimum 5 years working experience
Running the daily operations of the Tadbeer Front of House
Oversight on reception-customer relations-employee relations
Ensure sound housekeeping and the aesthetic appeal of the Tadbeer service center
Ensure the implementation of all services as per the laws regulations and directions and indications released by MoHRE.
Ensure to provide all the updates to the employees regarding the new laws, regulations released by MoHRE.
Daily supervisions to employees and all the TADBEER service centre department which ensure the flexibility and organization of the workflow and the service provider.
Providing direction and support to customers and employees to achieves their happiness and high value of the Tadbeer Center.
Reduced the waiting timing at the service centre.
6 days per week. Hours shifting ( 8am-8pm)
