Customer Services Consultants 

·         Identify emerging trends and platforms in digital marketing and social media.

·         Manage day-to-day interface and relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure an efficient lead qualification to conversion process is maintained

·         Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing and new customers.

·         Ensure a high level of quality standards is applied and correct information is obtained from the customer for the use of contracts, changes in services and renewals.

·         Maintain understanding of competitor services, strategies, and tactics to deploy winning strategies in the marketplace to meet monthly target.

·         Day-to-day conversion of the in-house sales enquiries, including implementation and development of strategy to achieve the monthly target.

·         Follow the sales tactics to drive market opportunities and implement the campaign specifics to achieve the revenue goals.

·         Work efficiently as part of a team to finish the sale and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the transaction.

·         Work within well-defined KPIs and targets. Maintaining profitable relationships with both current and new consumers.

·         Outstanding verbal communication skills, great email etiquette, and elevated speech.

·         Provide knowledgeable and accurate answers to customers.
