Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Languages, Translation, English 


·         To engage with families looking for domestic workers and provide them with solutions in recruitment and placement, government visas or outsourcing solutions.

·         To secure corporate and commercial accounts and provide full recruitment cycle (government visa services, recruitment matching services, and gathering all required documents).

·         Admin work entailing IT data entry, collecting and verifying accuracy of employment visas, family passport details etc.

·         Using the CRM and call centre management system to follow up calls, leads and clients.

·         Utilizing social media platforms/groups to engage with potential clients.

·         Proven Track Record in sales/targets and KPI’s.

·         Feedback and analysis of call agent quality service, providing timely translations for Management and HR review.

·         Must have proficient typing speed and excel management.
