Training for Maids-Nannies-Housekeepers

The Housekeeping Co offers many courses to up-skill the maids in Dubai.

We offer courses specific to the requirements of our clients, and the requirements requested by the maids-nannies-and housekeepers who wish to more more about their job.

We offer a training and mentoring service, whereby we will come and train your worker inside your own home. Therefore she is learning on-the-job- training, with mentoring and positive critical assessment in real time.

This ensures that families have workers who are constantly being motivated, and learning as on on-going process.

We offer a 30 day settling in program, to ensure that both sides of the employing party receive the greatest of support .

We also offer an ongoing training program, which is highly suited to families where the female head is also working, and therefore has less time to train, integrate and support a new worker into a routine, whilst at the same time, she can be learning advanced techniques and constant improvement.

WE trained all our housekeeping staff, and provided support, mentoring, and up-skilling throughout the many years in service. WE are happy to report that on the 14th April, we had a graduating ceremony for all our professionally qualified Housekeeping staff.
