Housekeeping V’s Maids service?

Housekeepers ensure the property is adequately maintained, and is left in a 5 star condition. Housekeepers come from a hotel background or are highly experienced in domestic service, and have on-going in-house company training. They are educated in environmental pollutants, to the basics of solid housekeeping skills.
They are kept abreast with new chemicals and cleaning alternatives, as well as fabrics, and dry-cleaning methods of stain removal. The Head Housekeeper will liaise with the client to ensure all duties have been specified and checked We also provide a special Eco-Green Housekeeping Service, to minimise the chemical pollutants which cause respiratory problems, and other associated health complaints associated with over chemical usage. We bring all our own eco-friendly cleaning solutions, mops and cloths.

Daily Cleaning- Housekeepers by appointment

A daily housekeeper can either be full-time or part-time and visits the household daily. Duties would usually entail general household cleaning, the undertaking of laundry and ironing. Other duties may include the assistance under supervision of food preparation ( Not Full Family Cooking), errand running, dog walking, pet feeding, escorting pets to the Vets, supervising visiting maintenance or callers to the household in absentia of Head of Household. Housekeepers live in secure and well maintained staff accommodation, and are transported back and forth to your residence on a daily-part-time basis.

Full–time live in Housekeepers - your residence

As above, but trained and maintained through our system. Head Housekeeper liaises with client in expectations and setting up of Housekeeping rota and duties to be performed. This is monitored on a monthly basis, and housekeepers are also tested by in-house grading system.

Domestic Couples/Singles

In great demand as the combination of skill sets fully compliment the household, and usually include couples/singles who are experienced Gardeners and Housekeepers/Cooks and Butlers/Drivers with Housekeepers. Definitely a full-time live in role, and under contract of a minimum of 12 month period.

Butlers

Butlers are self-assured, well educated and discreet and have incredibly high standards of work. A Head Butler may be required to take responsibility for other household staff and undertake additional duties such as hospitality arrangements, security, driving and entertainment planning. To act in the capacity of Valet, it is essential he will have knowledge of caring for all aspects of a wardrobe, including packing and unpacking, and logistics of travel management for the household. Not offered on an ad- hoc basis. This is full time management personnel, and can only be offered on a long term contract . Butlers are security vetted, and come with a distinguished career mainly from European or American Households.

Our experience proves that providing set boundaries, cleaning expectations, and defined routine, can improve overall performance, and standard of service provided your maid. We will train her and monitor her on an ongoing basis, taking the stress away from you, to be able to enjoy a clean and comfortable home again.

Simply set up an agreement with us, and for a small monthly fee, will ensure all your bills are paid on time. No more having to run around paying bills on your day off!

3D Ultra Fibre Cloths, come in packs of 3 available from ACE Hardware, probably the best on the market as they leave very little streaking or residual marks, and have an excellent surfactant quality with or without chemicals.

Mops and Buckets and Brushes
( make sure you double up if you have outdoor balconies and or terraces)
VILEDA products are amongst the more durable and commercially available here. Easy to purchase from WAITROSE ( Dubai Marina Mall) and any branch of SPINNYS or CHOITHRAM, CARREFOUR, HYPERPANDA etc.

Clothes Drying Horse
The collapsible white plastic ones tend to be more durable, and are available in same places as above.
